Photograph

• 2 recent passport size photographs (2.5 x 2.5 inch without border)
• Plain white background
• Avoid uniforms or colors matching background

Passport

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival in Turkey
• Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages.
• 1 copy of passport’s data pages

Covering Letter

• Letter by the applicant mentioning the purpose and duration of stay, occupation and expenses clause, accompanying persons if any, etc

Leave Letter

• Original leave letter from employer/ covering letter in personal business letter head (if self-employed) with Original authorized signatory, name, designation and original signature and company seal

Financial Documents

Original or copies sealed and sıgned by bank. Balance should be 1 lakh per person.

• If Employed: Salary bank statement for last 3 months, Savıng Account for last 3 months, Salary Slips for last 3 months
• If Self Employed: Personal bank statement for last 3 months, Current account statement for last 3 months, GST or Company Registiration Copy with original notary and mantralaya/MEA stamp (for employer)
• If Student: Letter from the school/university & ID copy, Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested bank)
• If the applicant is financially supported: Letter from the sponsor and last 3 months’ personal bank statement of the sponsor (original or copies attested by bank)

Accommodation

• Confirmation of hotel reservation, package tour, advance payments for entire stay

Flight Reservation

• Confirmed flight reservation with names of all travelers.

Travel Insurance

• Travel Insurance is mandatory requirement which should fulfill requirements.(Medical Evacuation and repatriation expenses/Personal accidental death/Personal liability/Daily allowance in hospitalization cases)
• This plan should cover the insured for a minimum of Euro 30000

Vaccination Certificate

• Valid Copy of Covid-19 Vaccination certificate
